Multiconsult nominated for major Norwegian defence estates agreement

Multiconsult Norge AS has been nominated for a framework agreement with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) for the "Flåteplan 2024 Haakonsvern" project. This agreement, R01772, covers multidisciplinary consultancy and design services for the planning and implementation of the naval base project.

The total estimated value of the agreement is NOK 800 million, excluding VAT. This includes an initial contract value of approximately NOK 200 million and additional options valued at around NOK 600 million. The contract period is four years, with an optional extension of up to five years, potentially lasting until 2034.

Multiconsult will collaborate with LPO Arkitekter, LINK Arkitektur, and Asplan Viak. Project commencement is anticipated towards the end of 2025. The nomination is subject to a standstill period, scheduled to expire on November 10, 2025.
