SATS concludes share buyback program, acquires 1.23% of shares

SATS ASA has successfully completed its share buyback program, repurchasing a total of 2,499,430 shares, representing 1.23% of the company's shares. The total consideration was NOK 91,556,725, with shares acquired at a weighted average price of NOK 36.6310 per share. Following this, SATS ASA now holds 4,922,241 own shares.

The buyback program, launched on May 8, 2025, aimed to repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares for up to NOK 100 million through open market transactions. Daily transactions included 121,565 shares bought on October 28, 2025, for NOK 4,657,423; 139,529 shares on October 29, 2025, for NOK 5,203,260; and 134,906 shares on October 30, 2025, for NOK 4,926,214. These figures bring the total to 2,499,430 shares.
