Norwegian Air Shuttle board members boost shareholdings

On October 29, 2025, four board members of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA purchased additional shares in the company. Board member Karina Deacon acquired 10,000 shares at NOK 15.275 per share, increasing her total holding to 20,000 shares. Stephen Kavanagh, also a board member, purchased 4,500 shares at NOK 15.28 each, bringing his total to 13,550 shares.

Daniel Skjeldam, a board member, bought 4,000 shares at NOK 15.19 per share, with his total holding now at 86,000 shares. Board member Sofia Arhall Bergendorff acquired 4,054 shares at NOK 15.305 each, establishing her total holding at 4,054 shares. All transactions were executed on the Oslo Børs.
