SalMar green bond interest rate set at 5.56%

Nordic Trustee AS, acting on behalf of SalMar ASA, has set a new interest rate for the FRN SalMar ASA unsecured open green bond 2025/2032. Effective from October 30, 2025, the new interest rate will be 5.56%.

This interest rate determination applies to a period of 92 days, concluding on January 30, 2026. The new interest rate and interest period were established in accordance with the bond agreement.

The official notification regarding this interest rate determination has been dispatched to the account manager for registration within the Norwegian Central Securities Depository. The announcement was issued on October 28, 2025, at 13:43 (CET).
