Norwegian Air Shuttle board members boost company holdings through share purchases

On October 29, 2025, several primary insiders at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA acquired shares in the company. Karina Deacon, a board member, purchased 10,000 shares at NOK 15.275 per share, increasing her total holding to 20,000 shares. Stephen Kavanagh, also a board member, acquired 4,500 shares at NOK 15.28 each, bringing his total to 13,550 shares.

Daniel Skjeldam, another board member, bought 4,000 shares at NOK 15.19 per share, raising his total ownership to 90,000 shares. Lastly, Sofia Arhall Bergendorff, a board member, purchased 4,054 shares at NOK 15.305 per share, making her total holding 4,054 shares. These acquisitions were reported as initial notifications of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as per EU Regulation 596/2014 (MAR) article 19. All transactions involved the acquisition of ordinary shares and were executed on the XOSL - Oslo Børs.
