Mowi completes Nova Sea acquisition with share capital increase

Mowi has finalized the registration of new share capital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, following its acquisition of Vigner Olaisen AS's controlling stake in Nova Sea. This registration follows a previous announcement on October 21, 2025, detailing the transaction.

As part of the acquisition, 30% of the purchase price was settled through the issuance of new Mowi shares. A total of 10,179,505 new shares have been issued to Vigner Olaisen AS.

Following this registration, Mowi's updated share capital stands at NOK 3,954,679,470, divided into 527,290,596 shares. Each of these shares holds a nominal value of NOK 7.50. This information is disclosed in accordance with section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
