EAM Solar rights issue concludes, raising partial capital

EAM Solar AS announced the final results of its rights issue, which aimed to raise up to NOK 20 million through the issuance of up to 20,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1.00 per share. The subscription period concluded on October 27, 2025, with the company receiving subscriptions for a total of 12,671,240 offer shares.

The company's board has approved the final allocation of shares, completing the rights issue. Notices of allocated offer shares and payment amounts are expected to be available in VPS around October 28, 2025, with payment due on October 30, 2025.

Subject to timely payment, the share capital increase is anticipated to be registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (NRBE) around November 4, 2025. The offer shares are expected to be delivered to subscribers' VPS accounts and admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo on the same date.
