Blommenholm Industrier's stake in Vend Marketplaces significantly reduced

Blommenholm Industrier AS (BI) now holds 41,177,071 shares in Vend Marketplaces ASA (Vend), representing approximately 18.15% of the voting rights. This follows Vend's share class collapse, which merged its A-shares and B-shares into a single, unified class.

Prior to this consolidation, BI's ownership stake in Vend stood at approximately 28.9%. The reported 18.15% figure excludes any subscription rights or shares related to a contemplated share issuance mentioned by Vend on October 27, 2025.
