AF Gruppen completes employee share capital increase

AF Gruppen ASA has completed a capital increase linked to the sale of shares to employees through its share purchase program, as referenced in a stock exchange announcement from October 9, 2025. This was a directed issue to employees, comprising 766,831 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 per share, priced at NOK 135.00 each.

As a direct result, AF Gruppen's share capital has risen by NOK 38,342, bringing the new total to NOK 5,502,832. The total number of shares following this issue now stands at 110,056,631.
