SalMar ASA green bond interest rate set at 5.53%

Oslo Børs has announced a new interest rate for SalMar ASA's senior unsecured green bond (ISIN: NO0010980683). The new interest rate for the FRN SalMar ASA Senior Unsecured Green Bond Issue 2021/2027 is set at 5.53%.

This updated interest rate applies to the period from October 22, 2025, to January 22, 2026, encompassing a total of 92 days. The determination of this new interest rate and the associated interest period adheres to the terms outlined in the bond agreement.

Nordic Trustee AS confirmed that the notification regarding the interest rate determination has been sent to the account operator for registration in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS).
