ININ subsidiary Laje secures major power grid repair contract with Elvia

ININ Group AS announced its subsidiary, Laje AS, has been awarded a long-term agreement by Norwegian grid operator Elvia. The contract, effective from October 27, 2025, involves providing on-call services for the repair of power lines and poles. Laje's scope includes mobilizing grid technicians to address equipment damage, often caused by adverse weather conditions, within Elvia's service area covering Oslo, Innlandet, Akershus, and Østfold counties.

The agreement is structured for an initial two-year period, with two subsequent two-year options, potentially extending the total duration to six years. Laje estimates this agreement could generate annual revenues of NOK 15-20 million. Should all options be exercised, the total revenue potential over the six-year period is projected to be between NOK 90 million and NOK 120 million.

Laje AS is the main platform company within the Power niche of Stockholm-listed Qben Infra AB, ININ Group's majority owner. Laje specializes in infrastructure construction and services across energy infrastructure, telecom, and electrification.
