BlackRock, Inc. has notified BlueNord ASA and the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (NOR-FSA) of a significant change in its holdings, with its total exposure to BlueNord shares and voting rights exceeding 5%. The threshold was crossed on October 24, 2025.

The asset manager now holds 4.86% of BlueNord's shares and voting rights directly, alongside an additional 0.22% through financial instruments, specifically securities lent. This brings BlackRock's total aggregated position to 5.08% of the 26,498,640 total shares and voting rights in BlueNord ASA. The previous notification indicated holdings below 5%.
