Nevedal Invest increases B2 Impact stake to 24.27%

Nevedal Invest AS, an associate of board member Prateek Puri, completed the acquisition of an additional 20,000,000 shares in B2 Impact ASA on October 23, 2025. This transaction, executed outside a trading venue, brings Nevedal Invest's total holding to 89,740,738 shares, representing approximately 24.27% of the total shares and votes in the company.

This second tranche follows an initial acquisition of 32,913,000 shares, which had increased Nevedal Invest's stake to 18.86%. The conditional share purchase agreement for a total of 52,913,000 shares was initially announced on May 14, 2025, and received regulatory approval on August 28, 2025.

The purchase price for this latest tranche was NOK 10.50 per share, totaling an aggregated volume of NOK 210,000,000 for the 20,000,000 shares. Of the total purchase price, NOK 30,000,000 was paid as an advance in May 2025. The price per share was adjusted based on dividends declared between signing and completion.
