EAM Solar extends rights issue subscription period after prospectus update

EAM Solar AS has published a supplementary prospectus dated October 23, 2025, for its NOK 20m rights issue. This update follows discussions with Intesa Sanpaolo and refers to previous stock exchange announcements from October 22, 2025. The supplementary prospectus is available on Norne Securities AS's website.

As a result, the subscription period for the rights issue has been extended. The new deadline for subscriptions is Monday, October 27, 2025, at 16:30 CEST. Subscribers who applied before this additional prospectus was published can withdraw their subscription until the extended deadline.
