SpareBank 1 Gruppen reports strong Q3 2025 earnings growth

SpareBank 1 Gruppen reported a consolidated after-tax profit of NOK 1,292 million for the third quarter of 2025, a notable increase from NOK 825 million in the same period of 2024. Year-to-date after-tax profit reached NOK 3,062 million, up from NOK 1,240 million in 2024. The majority's share of consolidated after-tax profit for the third quarter was NOK 697 million (NOK 442 million in 2024) and NOK 1,688 million year-to-date (NOK 647 million in 2024).

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge (SNN), with a 19.5% ownership in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, saw its share of after-tax profit for the third quarter stand at NOK 136 million, up from NOK 86 million in 2024. SNN's majority share of after-tax profit year-to-date was NOK 329 million, a significant rise from NOK 126 million in 2024.

Fremtind Holding, 51.44% owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, also contributed positively with a pre-tax profit of NOK 1,503 million in the third quarter of 2025 (NOK 1,095 million in 2024) and NOK 3,492 million year-to-date (NOK 1,824 million in 2024). The announcement was made on October 22, 2025.
