SpareBank 1 Gruppen reports strong Q3 2025 earnings

SpareBank 1 Gruppen reported a consolidated after-tax profit of NOK 1,292 million for the third quarter of 2025, a substantial increase from NOK 825 million in the same period of 2024. Year-to-date after-tax profit reached NOK 3,062 million, up from NOK 1,240 million in 2024. The majority's share of the consolidated after-tax profit for the third quarter was NOK 697 million (NOK 442 million in 2024) and NOK 1,688 million year-to-date (NOK 647 million in 2024).

SpareBank 1 Helgeland, holding an indirect ownership of 2.24% in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, saw its share of SpareBank 1 Gruppen's after-tax profit for the third quarter grow to NOK 16 million, significantly up from NOK 3 million in 2024. Its majority share of year-to-date after-tax profit also increased to NOK 32 million from NOK 4 million in the prior year.

Furthermore, Fremtind Holding consolidated, in which SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS holds a 51.44% stake, achieved a pre-tax profit of NOK 1,503 million in the third quarter of 2025, compared to NOK 1,095 million in 2024. The year-to-date pre-tax profit for Fremtind Holding reached NOK 3,492 million, marking a substantial increase from NOK 1,824 million in the same period of 2024.
