ABG Sundal Collier completes share buyback program

ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has successfully completed its share buyback offer, purchasing 6,944,444 shares at a price of NOK 7.20 per share. This transaction was part of an earlier announced program on October 22, 2025, to buy back shares for up to NOK 50,000,000.

Following this buyback, ABG Sundal Collier now holds 20,579,166 treasury shares. The company also has outstanding forward contracts with partners to purchase an additional 60,227,732 shares, with settlement scheduled between 2025 and 2031. ABG Sundal Collier retains authorization to repurchase its shares in the market or issue new ones as needed.
