Magnora reaches final milestone in Penguins license contract, triggers $4.3125m payment

Magnora ASA announced on October 21, 2025, the achievement of the last milestone in its "Penguins license contract," triggering a $4.3125 million payment. This sum will be remitted to Hermana Holding ASA as part of the 2024 demerger transaction, indicating no cash flow impact on Magnora despite a positive accounting effect. This reflects Magnora’s historical divestment of its legacy business in 2018, which led to the transfer of royalty and license revenue streams to Hermana Holding ASA following its demerger in spring 2024. Magnora confirms it holds no ownership in Hermana Holding ASA.
