The notification detailed that BlackRock directly holds 4.99% of Norsk Hydro's shares and voting rights (98,843,100 shares), while an additional 0.35% (6,939,134 shares) is held indirectly through various financial instruments, including American Depositary Receipts, Securities Lent, and CFDs. The total number of shares and voting rights of the issuer, Norsk Hydro ASA, is 1,978,489,136.
