Circio Holding increases share capital following bond conversion

Circio Holding ASA announced on October 20, 2025, the registration of a share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This follows a previous announcement on October 15, 2025, regarding the conversion of convertible bonds by Atlas with a nominal value of NOK 3,000,000.

As a result of this conversion, the company's new share capital now stands at NOK 68,290,285.80, divided into 113,817,143 shares, with each share maintaining a nominal value of NOK 0.60.
