Fjord Defence Group registers share capital increase after offering

Fjord Defence Group ASA announced today the registration of its share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, following the successful completion of a subsequent offering. The offering, initially reported on October 8, 2025, involved the issuance of 1,041,666 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 9.60 per share.

This registration updates the company's total share capital to NOK 348,165,258.00, comprising 41,448,245 shares. Each share maintains a par value of NOK 8.40. The new shares are expected to be delivered to applicants' VPS accounts on or about October 14, 2025, and will be issued through Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) under the company's listed ISIN (NO 001 3647693).
