BEWI ASA secures approval to list tranche 2 shares

BEWI ASA announced the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved its prospectus for the listing of 6,455,542 new shares, referred to as "Tranche 2 Shares," on Euronext Oslo Børs. This follows an extraordinary general meeting on 11 September 2025 that resolved the issuance of these shares. The Tranche 2 shares are part of a larger private placement from 20 August 2025, which involved 44,800,000 new shares at an offer price of NOK 20.00 per share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 896 million.

The listing of the Tranche 2 Shares is anticipated on or about 20 October 2025, contingent on their transfer from a temporary ISIN to the company's ordinary listed ISIN.
