Hexagon Composites completes SES Composites acquisition

Hexagon Composites ASA announced on October 16, 2025, the successful completion of its acquisition of SES Composites. The purchase price for the remaining shares totaled €5.1m.

The settlement for the acquisition involved a share-based transaction. Hexagon Composites issued 1,772,304 of its own shares and 16,364,607 shares of Hexagon Purus ASA.

Following this acquisition, Hexagon Composites ASA now holds 148,214,226 shares in Hexagon Purus, representing 34.6% ownership. The company's treasury share count stands at 544,859 shares.
