EAM Solar rights issue: Last day to trade subscription rights

EAM Solar AS announced that today, October 14, 2025, is the final day for trading in subscription rights for its ongoing rights issue, with trading ceasing at 16:30 CEST. The company aims to raise gross proceeds of NOK 20 million by offering up to 20,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1.0 per share. The subscription period for the offer shares will conclude on October 20, 2025, at 16:30 CEST.

Unexercised or unsold subscription rights will become worthless after today's trading close or the subscription period's expiry, respectively, and will lapse without compensation. The rights issue is conditional upon raising a minimum of NOK 7,649,740. Failure to meet this threshold, or delays in receiving total subscription amounts, could lead to the withdrawal or delay of the rights issue.

Should the rights issue be withdrawn, all subscription rights will become invalid, subscriptions and allocations will be disregarded, and payments will be returned without interest. However, trades in subscription rights already executed in the market will remain valid, and investors will not receive refunds for rights purchased.
