Black Sea Property's rights issue subscription closes today

Black Sea Property AS announced that the subscription period for its rights issue concludes today, October 14, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. CEST. The company aims to raise gross proceeds of up to NOK 10,000,000 by issuing up to 200,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.05 per share.

Shareholders with subscription rights are permitted to over-subscribe, but direct subscriptions without rights are not allowed. Correctly completed subscription forms must reach Nordea Bank Abp, Filial i Norge, the settlement agent, by the deadline. Unused subscription rights will lapse without compensation.

The rights issue, initially announced on September 9, 2025, is crucial for Black Sea Property AS, a real estate company focused on the Sunrise River Beach Resort project on the Black Sea coast. The project is expected to comprise approximately 950 apartments and significant commercial space.
