SoftOx Solutions registers increased share capital after private placement

SoftOx Solutions AS announced today the registration of its new share capital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, following a private placement. This capital increase, referenced in a board resolution from October 7, 2025, involved a private placement of NOK 1,149,000. The financing was secured through an existing facility with investment fund Long State Investments Limited.

Following the completion and registration of this private placement, SoftOx Solutions AS now reports a total share capital of NOK 46,608,339.88. This capital is divided into 2,330,416,994 shares, with each share holding a par value of NOK 0.02.
