Link Mobility bonds approved for Euronext Oslo listing

Link Mobility Group Holding ASA announced on October 9, 2025, that the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved the prospectus for the listing of its new €100m senior unsecured bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs. This follows the successful placement of these bonds, which are due on June 17, 2030, as previously announced on June 4, 2025.

The approved prospectus is now accessible on Link Mobility's official website, facilitating greater transparency and liquidity for investors.
