Betonmast secures NOK 285m Raufoss office building contract

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Raufoss Næringspark ANS for the construction of an administration and office building in Raufoss. The contract is valued at approximately NOK 285 million, excluding VAT.

The new facility will span about 7,000 square metres GFA and is designated for lease by Norwegian defence company Nammo. The project emphasizes sustainability, with the building slated to achieve a minimum energy rating of A and certified according to the BREEAM Very Good standard.

Construction is set to commence immediately, with project completion anticipated in winter 2027. Betonmast chief executive Peter Sandrup highlighted the assignment's importance for growth within one of the country's largest industrial parks.
