Rogaland Sparebank Boligkreditt repurchases bonds, reduces debt

Rogaland Sparebank Boligkreditt AS executed bond repurchases and corresponding reductions in loan frames across three bond issues, all with an settlement date of October 15, 2025. The company repurchased NOK 150m of the ROGBO24 PRO series, fully writing down this loan.

Additionally, NOK 80m was repurchased from the ROGBO12 PRO series, leaving NOK 345m outstanding. The most substantial repurchase involved the ROGBO21 PRO series, with NOK 1,437m bought back, reducing its outstanding volume to NOK 563m.
