HAV Group board member transfers shares to closely associated company

Kamato AS, a company closely associated with HAV Group ASA board member Helge Simonnes and also owned by Nina Simonnes, acquired 16,556 shares in HAV Group ASA on October 9, 2025. The shares were purchased at a price of NOK 6.4 per share directly from Helge Simonnes' personal holdings. This transaction means Helge Simonnes no longer holds shares in his own name.

Following this transfer, Kamato AS now holds a total of 316,556 shares in HAV Group ASA. The aggregate value of the transaction was NOK 105,958.40, with the shares acquired outside a regulated trading venue.
