Arribatec completes reverse share split and new ISIN

Arribatec Group ASA has completed its previously announced reverse share split, effective October 9, 2025. This corporate action was executed in a ratio of 10:1, consolidating ten existing shares into one new share. Concurrently, the company's shares have been assigned a new ISIN: NO0013682948.

The completion of this reverse share split and related ISIN change was disclosed in accordance with Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
