Xplora CEO's company increases stake

Kirkbak Holding AS, a company wholly owned by Sten Kirkbak, chief executive of Xplora Technologies AS, acquired 5,500 shares in the company on October 8, 2025. The transaction was executed at a price of NOK 45.00 per share, for a total value of NOK 247,500. Kirkbak Holding AS now holds 1,118,706 shares in Xplora Technologies AS.

This purchase increases the CEO's indirect holdings in the company. In addition to Kirkbak Holding AS, MK Capital AS, which is 50% owned by Sten Kirkbak, holds 1,320,325 shares in Xplora Technologies AS. The transaction was processed on Euronext Growth Oslo.
