Norges Bank raises billions in successful government bond auction

Norges Bank successfully auctioned two government bond issues on October 8, 2025, raising a combined NO0010844079 in new capital. The NGB 09/2029 bond, maturing on September 6, 2029, allocated NO001015 MNOK at a yield of 3.89% and an allotment price of 92.37%. Total bids for this issue reached NO0014965 MNOK.

The NGB 05/2039 bond, maturing on May 31, 2039, saw NO0011985 MNOK allotted at a yield of 4.10% and an allotment price of 95.09%. This longer-dated issue attracted total bids of NO0012629 MNOK. Both issues settled on October 10, 2025.
