Entra ASA renews major Oslo lease with Sykehusapotekene HF

Entra ASA has announced the renewal of a lease agreement with Sykehusapotekene HF for approximately 1,600 square meters at Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14 in Oslo. This strategic renewal underscores Entra's commitment to maintaining high occupancy rates and long-term tenant relationships within its portfolio.

The renewed lease agreement is set for a duration of five years, providing stable rental income for Entra. The new lease term is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2027.
