Kaldvik AS significantly boosts share capital and share count

Kaldvik AS announced the registration of new share capital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on October 7, 2025. This registration pertains to two distinct share issues previously disclosed on September 17 and September 18, 2025.

The first issue involved 155,951 new shares allocated to specific board and management members, including Renate Larsen, Hege Dahl, Vidar Aspehaug, Kjartan Lindbøl, Elis Hlynur Gretarsson, and Olof Helga Jonsdottir, at the same price as a recent subsequent offering.

The second, larger issue comprised 1,579,498 new shares directed to Heimsto AS. This allocation served to settle a seller's credit, which was part of the consideration for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Mossi ehf.
