IWS secures full fleet charters, achieves high utilization

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (IWS) announced a 75-day fixed charter contract for its IWS Sunwalker, the sixth and final Skywalker-class CSOV, commencing December 2025. This ensures all six Skywalker-class vessels have secured charter contracts directly from delivery. The company also secured a 90-day contract extension for the IWS Starwalker, ensuring its operations continue well into Q1 2026.

IWS Fleet achieved commercial utilization above 99% in Q3 2025, with four ships in full operation and the IWS Moonwalker commencing its first charter on September 24. Christopher Andersen Heidenreich, coo and managing director of IWS Fleet, highlighted the proven performance of the Skywalker-class CSOVs and the trust reaffirmed by contract extensions with existing Tier 1 clients.

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA owns approximately 75% of IWS Fleet, which now has all six Commissioning Service Operation Vessels delivered.
