Huddlestock Fintech appoints Kai Friedrich to board of directors

Huddlestock Fintech AS announced the appointment of Kai Friedrich as a new board member following an extraordinary general meeting held on October 7, 2025. The meeting, conducted electronically via Microsoft Teams, saw Friedrich’s election in accordance with the board’s proposal, making the resolution unanimous. Following this appointment, the board of directors now comprises Øyvind Hovland (chair), Ramtin Matin, Frank Bjordal, and Kai Friedrich.

The general meeting was attended by 9 voting shareholders, representing 32,417,314 shares, which constitutes 11.585% of the total 279,800,174 outstanding shares of the company.
