Ferncliff entities restructure significant Arribatec shareholding internally

Ferncliff Listed DAI AS has sold 125,000,000 shares in Arribatec Group ASA, reducing its holding to 81,734,556 shares, which represents 12.565% of the company's shares and voting rights. This transaction caused Ferncliff Listed DAI AS to fall below the 15% notifiable threshold.

Concurrently, Feut AS acquired the same 125,000,000 shares, bringing its total ownership to 19.216% of the shares and voting rights. This acquisition pushed Feut AS above the 15% notifiable threshold.

Both Ferncliff Listed DAI AS and Feut AS are ultimately controlled by Ferncliff TIH AS. Despite the individual stake changes, the aggregated control held by Ferncliff TIH AS in Arribatec Group ASA remains unchanged at 206,734,556 shares, corresponding to 31.78% of the total shares and voting rights.
