CodeLab to acquire 50% stake in AWS reseller Cloudya

CodeLab Capital AS announced its intention to acquire 50% of Cloudya AS for NOK 5 million, payable entirely in CodeLab shares at NOK 3.30 per share. This transaction provides CodeLab exposure to a company with significant growth potential in the AWS reseller market. The deal includes a potential delayed payment and CodeLab is considering an additional equity investment of up to NOK 2 million in Cloudya at the same valuation to fund further growth.

Cloudya, founded in November 2024, has rapidly achieved NOK 23 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across 35 customers in less than 10 months, with a projected ARR of NOK 40 million next year. The company is an official Launch Partner for the AWS European Sovereign Cloud and plans to expand into other European markets and broaden its service offerings.

The acquisition is subject to satisfactory due diligence and definitive agreements, with signing expected in mid-October and closing by early November. Cloudya’s current owners will retain the remaining 50% ownership post-acquisition.
