AF Gruppen wins facade, roof contract for Nye Aker Hospital

AF Gruppen has been appointed as the contractor for the "Tett Bygg Somatikk" (Tight Building Somatics) contract at Nye Aker Hospital by Helse Sør-Øst RHF. The main contract covers facade and roof work on the Somatic building, valued at MNOK 464 excluding VAT.

Tormod Solberg, executive vice president for building at AF Gruppen, highlighted the company's extensive experience in hospital construction, referencing ongoing projects at both Nye Aker Hospital and Rikshospitalet. He expressed enthusiasm for the new undertaking.

Work is scheduled to commence in February 2026 and is expected to reach completion in December 2028.
