SmartCraft names Jeremias Jansson new chief executive

SmartCraft ASA has appointed Jeremias Jansson as its new chief executive, effective January 5, 2026. Jansson brings over 25 years of experience in SaaS and software, including more than two decades at Unit4 where he held various senior leadership roles. His expertise spans sales, M&A, integration, and software development, and he has prior experience with construction software as a board member at Nordic BIM Group.

The board, led by chairperson Mette Kamsvag, expressed confidence in Jansson's ability to lead SmartCraft into its next growth phase, citing his proven success in scaling platforms across Europe. Jansson, a Swedish citizen, will be based in Stockholm and aims to build on SmartCraft's sustained organic growth, successful M&A integrations, and innovative SaaS solutions.

Interim CEO Hanna Konyi will continue in her temporary role until Jansson's start date and will then transition to deputy CEO. SmartCraft, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in June 2021, is a leading Nordic provider of mission-critical SaaS solutions for construction SMEs, serving over 13,800 customers across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the UK.
