Proximar Seafood's rights issue subscription period closes today

Proximar Seafood announced that the subscription period for its NOK 150,000,000 rights issue expires today, 6 October 2025, at 16:30 CEST. The issue offers 150,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1 per offer share. Unused subscription rights will lapse without compensation.

Investors are permitted to over-subscribe or subscribe without subscription rights, though allocation is not guaranteed. Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by ABG Sundal Collier ASA, the manager of the rights issue, or registered through the CSD online system by the deadline.
