Goodtech secures significant IT/OT framework deal with Hafslund Celsio

Goodtech ASA has signed a new framework agreement with Hafslund Celsio for IT consulting services and technical equipment in operational technology environments. The four-year agreement has an estimated minimum value of NOK 32 million and a potential maximum of NOK 64 million if optional extensions totaling four additional years are exercised.

This agreement continues an existing partnership, encompassing the provision of specialized IT consultants with expertise in OT security and system integration. It also includes equipment and licenses for Hafslund Celsio's facilities in Greater Oslo. Notably, the agreement incorporates sustainable solutions, requiring zero-emission service vehicles and environmental management systems.

Goodtech's chief executive, Margrethe Hauge, emphasized the company's pride in earning renewed trust and contributing expertise to Hafslund Celsio's mission in district heating and green energy. The agreement reinforces Goodtech's role as a key supplier of IT/OT solutions within the energy sector, aligning with its strategic focus on digitalization and sustainability in critical infrastructure.
