Desert Control increases share capital following rights issue

Desert Control AS announced the registration of its share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, stemming from a rights issue and shares issued for an underwriting fee. The company had previously disclosed the final results of the rights issue on September 25, 2025, and the issuance of shares for underwriting fees on September 30, 2025.

Following this registration, Desert Control's total registered share capital now stands at NOK 363,082.416. This capital is divided into 121,027,427 shares, with each share holding a nominal value of NOK 0.003.
