Proximar Seafood insiders subscribe to rights issue

Dharmarajan Rajeswaran, chief operating officer of Proximar Seafood AS, subscribed for 60,000 new shares in the company's rights issue. This subscription, totaling NOK 60,000, was made on October 2, 2025. The shares were acquired through the exercise of 58,505 subscription rights and an additional 1,495 shares without rights.

Viggo Halseth, a board member, also participated, subscribing for 118,300 new shares, amounting to NOK 118,300, on the same date. His subscription included 46,276 shares via subscription rights and 72,024 shares without rights. The rights issue, announced on September 22, 2025, offered 150,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1 per share.
