Huddlestock fintech registers share capital increase after warrant exercise

Huddlestock Fintech AS has officially registered a share capital increase linked to the exercise of 256,166 warrants, as announced on October 2, 2025. These warrants were part of a larger issue of 23,593,166 warrants connected to a private placement completed on September 26, 2024, which allowed holders to subscribe for new shares at NOK 0.60 per share.

Following this registration, Huddlestock's total share capital now stands at NOK 531,620.33, distributed across 279,800,174 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.0019. The company also noted that 2,100,667 non-exercised warrants remain from the private placement.
