Farvatn Private Equity boosts stake in Salmon Evolution

Farvatn Private Equity AS has acquired 6,903,268 shares in Salmon Evolution. Following this transaction, Farvatn Private Equity AS now holds 28,071,634 shares, increasing its voting and ownership percentage from 4.58% to 6.07% of Salmon Evolution's total shares.

Farvatn Medinvestering 2 AS also holds 1,387,803 shares. This brings the aggregate holding of Farvatn-related entities to a combined 29,459,437 shares, representing a 6.37% stake in Salmon Evolution.
