Energeia AS completes registration of share capital increase

Energeia AS announced today, October 2, 2025, that its share capital increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This registration follows a fully underwritten rights issue, which successfully raised gross proceeds of NOK 31 million, as initially announced on September 25, 2025.

The share capital increase also incorporated the issuance of guarantee commission shares to underwriters of the rights issue through a set-off arrangement, previously communicated on September 29, 2025. The company's new share capital now stands at NOK 23,266,470.42, divided into 2,326,647,042 shares, each holding a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
