Norsk Titanium completes registration of subsequent offering share capital increase

Norsk Titanium AS has successfully registered a share capital increase related to its subsequent offering with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This registration, completed on October 1, 2025, follows an announcement on September 23, 2025, detailing the final results of the offering, which comprised 40,726,800 new shares in the company.

Following the registration, Norsk Titanium's new registered share capital stands at NOK 82,195,994.08, divided into 1,027,449,926 shares. Each share holds a par value of NOK 0.08 and confers one vote. The offer shares are anticipated to be issued and registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository, with delivery to investors expected on or around October 1, 2025.
