Hawk Infinity Software bond prospectus approved, third tranche issued

Hawk Infinity Software AS has announced the approval and publication of its bond prospectus, following the issuance of a senior secured bond on April 10, 2025. This bond (ISIN NO0013525006) has a maximum issue amount of NOK 2,000,000,000, with NOK 1,230,000,000 currently outstanding.

The bond, including a second tranche, was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange on August 27, 2025, at which point the original bond's outstanding amount was NOK 730,000,000. A third tranche, amounting to NOK 500,000,000, was issued on September 4, 2025, under temporary ISIN NO0013643114. This third tranche received approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway on September 26, 2025.
